A clean, comfortable and courteous stay. The staff were so friendly and polite and exceptionally helpful when I had an issue with my car. They went out of their way to help and take care of my mother when I got the issue resolved. I will absolutely stay here again without hesitation and will recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay at near the Chanel tunnel.

"Highly Recommend B&B Hotel Calais Terminal"

We have stayed here twice now and we would stay again. The check in is always quick, the service is fantastic, it is clean, and the morning breakfast is very good. I would recommend this hotel for those who want to stay near the Eurotunnel.

"An excellent overnight stopover"

The hotel is minutes from the Eurotunnel terminal so excellent for an overnight stay. There is ample parking shared between all three B&B hotels and used by a huge number of police vehicles so it felt very secure. The room was spacious and comfortable and the provision of a microwave, fridge etc very useful for a quick snack after a long drive. The en suite bathroom was large with a bath and separate shower. Everything was spotlessly clean. We had to pre-order breakfast items and had the choice to eat in the breakfast room or our room. We chose the latter and a very generous and delicious breakfast was delivered at the exact time requested.

The ability to make a hot drink and the coffee machine. Was not happy over the leaking paper cups. I should probably have asked to borrow china ones from the breakfast area.

Overnight stay before boarding the Eurotunnel. Nice hotel in a very convenient location near the retail park/shops. Calais was a short drive - spent some time on the seafront.
