Oustanding service and food at Spice Market Resto Novotel , the Manager Pak Anto and Pak Udin was really nice, really recomended Nasi Goreng , Ayam Taliwang (ayam kampung really fresh)

Great spot next to Seger beach for surfing. Quiet location and lovely staff. Perfect for relaxing. I had the room with semi private pool and it was beautiful. Highly recommend

You need a bike or transport into man town area. About 10mins.

La struttura, che di per sè è molto bella e moderna.

Lo staff è programmato per farti spendere anche se hai già pagato. Non cè assolutamente nessun spirito indonesiano di sorrisi e genuinità. Abbiamo prenotato x 3 persone (quindi 3 letti) e la camera ne disponeva di 2. Volevano il supplemento per il terzo che avevo già pagato. Non è stato semplice farlo capire alla reception. Inoltre, quando vai al ristorante interno, sono abituato che se chiedono la camera addebitano il.conto alla camera stessa. Qui no! Chiedono il numero e quando ti accingi ad andare via ti "rincorrono" per farti pagare, facendoti fare una inaccettabile figuraccia. Meno male dopo la prima volta ho imparato. In spiaggia ti chiedono più volte se hai bisogno di asciugamani, ma poi si scordano di portatrteli. Premetto che è bassa stagione x loro e in spiaggia ci sono 4 gatti.... La posizione non è delle migliori. Lontano da tutto. Si sono salvati i ragazzi che si occupano del trasporto bagagli alla camera. Uno in particolare, di 17 anni, era brillante e l unico punto positivo x quanto riguarda lo spirito autoctono.

This place needs an urgent upgrade as the private villas are extremely poorly maintained. Our private pool villa was so disappointing. It had unkept gardens full of weeds, long grass around our pool that looked like it hadn't been cut for weeks as well as empty Bintang beer cans in our garden from previous guests that cleaners hadn't bothered picking up before we arrived. Also a hole/rip in the mosquito screen of our front door. Aircon stopped working and when the worker removed the filter it was filthy. A number of the young male waitstaff at breakfast/the restaurant spoke little to no English and a simple request for bread had to be relayed to 3 different people before it was understood. We cut short our stay and moved hotels due to the state of our villa. A very, very poor experience at a Novotel branded 'resort' and NOT worth the $450 AUD p/night they charge. It is a 3 star 'resort' at best (service is 2 star only). A very old, tired hotel and extremely overpriced for what is offers. The hotel seems to spend a lot of money on their general facilities and completely ignore spending on any maintenance for the pool villas.
