Novotel Lombok Resort and Villas

We hadden een huisje met gedeeld zwembad, totaal 5 huisjes voor één zwembad maar de andere huisjes waren niet bezet dus een privé pool.

Het is wel gedateerd, strand is mooi maar er ligt erg veel zwerfafval langs de kustlijn, toen wij er zaten begin maart was zwemmen daar niet echt fijn vanwege al de troep in zee, hele boomstammen dus ook niet echt veilig.

We read of mixed reviews online about Novotel Lombok. The good reviews drove us to give it a try, and we don't regret our decision. It is a rare gem unlike tourist swarmed most beach front resort. From arrival when Erna made us felt welcome like a friend, to dining hosted by Udin who pampered us in every details, we fully enjoyed the tranquility this place offered. Some said that the place was dated, but it was really old world charm representing nature and it is clean! - a real break from the urban hasten world. Yes, it has bugs abit here and there, not much but it does not bother us as the nature vibe has embraced us totally. Aren't that what we signed up for opting for Lombok instead of Bali? Here is thanking the resort staff for the good effort in maintaining the place yet preserving the nature so well!

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Pak Didit, who was always accommodating and attentive to our needs. The location is great, with the Mandalika Circuit and Kuta Mandalika Beach just a short walk away. The hotel also has a private beach, which was a great bonus for those who value a bit more privacy.

Todas las instalaciones son estupendas y el trato del personal fantástico. Tengo que destacar de forma especial el recibido por parte de Suchi, enhorabuena a la empresa por su personal. También hay que destacar el buen desayuno que sirven.

Que deben de evitar deforma drástica el uso de plásticos.

The location is great and the style of the hotel

Around the hotel the place is full of plastic pollution, you find pollution in n the beach, on the street, everywhere. It’s very sad

The most beautiful and unique resort in Lombok! Located in Kuta Mandalika, close to Mandalika Circuit, Bukit Seger, Bukit Merese, and Sade Village. The resort has direct beach access and features a unique design inspired by traditional Sasak houses of Lombok. The kids were super happy staying in the Sasak villa with a private pool and direct beach access. Facilities include a beach volleyball court, futsal field, kids’ playground, and a kids club with various activities. The breakfast menu is delicious and fresh. Make sure to try dinner at the restaurant — the food is really good. All the staff are friendly and very helpful. A truly memorable holiday experience

The hotel was very close to the beach and how the pool had a slid. The beach boys were very attentive to help with our canoe. Le mart was very convenient. THERE WAS ONE BELLBOY CALLED TEGU AND WE FOUND VERY NICE AND HELPFUL.

They used plastic spatulas to fry the eggs and they were half melted. Our Booking for Christmas Lunch was forgotten and when we arrived seemed disorganized layout of seating and buffet layout. The toilet is not sound proof we can hear every single sentence from above.

We had an amazing honeymoon stay. . Dinner was amazing and we had a lovely romantic dinner as Doni as our host.
