"Fabulous"

We stayed last year and this year we were joined by friends. We love the professionalism of the staff and the spotlessly clean hotel. It’s very comfortable and perfectly located. Also love the breakfast being cooked for you and the room is so calm and relaxing, beautifully laid table- proper old school etiquette that really matters.

The shower heads need changing and the bedside tables refurbing. Those two things give the room a tired feel, other than that the rooms are spot on.

Really nice breakfast, staff helpful, welcome sherry lovely! Location was perfect

No big issues for me, decor a little scuffed in room so didn't look the best for 4☆maybe but nothing a lick of paint won't solve- not priority I'm sure! It's a historic building so understandably lift's a bit iffy etc!
