Great service!

All lovely but really terrible that there is no pool available much of the time. You do not except to have limited use due to swimming lessons, then you allow children in and close it for aqua classes too. Couldn’t get a recent swim! Either advertise at the time of booking that the pool has very limited access or provide refunds.

A great stay. The room was lovely and clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the spa and the breakfast

Good facilities; well equipped gym; clean pool. Restaurant food v good but service bit rushed. Also ate in lounge bar and service was very poor. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

large hotel, room ok although a little dated and worn, nice pool, sauna and steam room, breakfast very busy we had to wait for cooked breakfast items as staff could not keep up with demand, one coffee machine had stopped working so queue for the one that was working was slow and long not ideal.

Generally the hotel was nice, clean and staff friendly. Room was large and very quiet sadly we had an issue with our Bathroom and the water didn’t drain properly making it impossible to have a shower without flooding the bathroom which must have been happening frequently (shown on bathroom door) when we reported it they offered to get maintenance to investigate it the following day. We agreed to stay in the room as this was offered but turns out this was false information as maintenance doesn’t work at weekends? If we had known this information on the first night then we would have swapped rooms but by the time we were informed this seemed pointless. Had to use the spa are to have showers and was hair this really spoilt our trip and we are unlikely to return for this reason. Photos were taken after shower turned off and still standing in about 1 cm of water the max before it spills out of shower tray

So arrived in afternoon 2 x receptionists one with name on it .after waiting for her to actually make conversation. Room was cold storage heaters didn't work but was given a heater as with our friends room 141 no heating in room Breakfast no sausages was ok . Room was adequately filled correctly so had to wait before being seated. Location to where we were visiting was great but hotels needs a good paint and service needs to be improved especially on reception.

We thought this was an average hotel. Nothing special but above basic. Staff at the lobby were not the friendliest. Breakfast as average and service was lacking. Would we stay here again, probably not.

Great experience and service well pleased

The rooms are lovely, warm and very comfortable. We always have a good night sleep staying here. The pool area was a bit disappointing as the steam room wasn't working at all.
