Oxford Belfry Hotel & Spa

The food was lovely, didn’t use the sauna or pool. The hotel itself is showing a fair bit of wear and tear, the carpets in the suite being stained.

Was a lovely place! Staff were very friendly and apartment was in good condition! Loved the swimming pool on site too which made it extra special.

I was very disopionted with the Green Algi growing in the Steam room This was pointed out to staff on the first night of stay attemt was very poor in removing and I reported it again to staff which I hope does not cause me or any others any health issues in the future

The foreign receptionist went above and beyond to help with our luggage, as my wife has mobility issues and it was too much for him and he was not feeling well. We stayed in our bedroom because my husband became quite ill ie gastric flu. We made the best of a not so pleasant time on our 34th wedding anniversary. Room service was wonderful.

Very pleasant and clean hotel

We booked for 2 nights and we was woken by a loud alarm in the morning this happened twice. Not enough pillows, the towels feel awful and extremely small not catered for larger people. I asked for a larger towel and was given the same size. Then our key wouldn’t work we had to walk miles to get the key to be deactivated not helpful when your disabled. Then to top it off the spa is not a spa it’s a small pool which is mainly used by families so no room for swimming. And it had 2 small rooms with a steam room and sauna. Staff seem unhappy except especially day staff. Also still waiting for my £50 they took for a deposit. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel sadly. It’s a very expensive stay for not the best experience sadly.
