"Beware of $100 deposit being taken from bank!"

The bed was ok.

The TV didn't work. The location was loud. The biggest issue was the $100 deposit was taken from my account even though there wasn't an issue. The hotel said that's why they prefer cash as that has happened to others. They said to check with my bank to fix the issue. This has never happened to me at ANY hotel I've ever stayed at.

Everything else. None of the TVs were working due to “mechanical issues” there was a two inch gap at the bottom of the door in 30 degree weather so you had to blast the heat or freeze. Okay, $100 cash deposit, cool. Buuuuut the rules that come with getting it back👀 suggested if you were a female on her cycle to not use the towels because in the event of a stain on ANY of their linen your deposit is in jeopardy.

The Mexican restaurant next door. Also front desk lady was amazing!

Everything about the room an environment. The people outside feeding stray cats. The finger nail my son stepped on inside the room. The housekeepers do not do there job. I had to ask for a broom and clean our own room. Didn’t mind it, but thought they had people for that….
