The price and location

Isn’t Clean there’s a nails pieces in the bathroom

They were in the process of renovating when we were there and some things weren't quite right. TV's didn't work, a bathroom door lock was broken, but they quickly rectified both situations. Really liked the area. Good Mexican restaurant and grill across the parking lot and other restaurants close by. Had fun during our stay.

I like the staff and that the room was clean

It is in a neighborhood high in crime and homeless people who are clearly drug addicts
