Location is great

No housekeeping for 3 days, no ice or vending on 6th floor, had to go down to 5th

Estaban muy sucios los cuartos y tenía mal olor

Security thinks they could do what they want

The hotel, resort, and casino were absolutely amazing!! They have a movie theater in there. An arcade, a kids zone, some good spots to eat and even ice cream all inside. We didn’t have to leave the building not once when we were there to drive anywhere which was so nice. There are lots of pools so there’s space for everybody. And the river side is super nice as welll

Trent was terrible and should be fired. Harassed my group 2 days in a row and we made a complaint to security about it. Also there should have more than 1 elevator getting to the rooms. The elevator line gets packed and then we have to wait for multiple groups to go before we fit as the elevator is small

En realidad no me gusto ni a mi ni a mi familia, cada año en junio vamos para Laughlin, ya nos hemos quedado en todos los hoteles y este año queríamos tratar algo diferente pero no, empezamos del pago , pagué 3 noches en $680 y te dan 4 pulseras para q puedas usar la picina, y el río , y si te falta 1 pulsera se paga $15 dólares en frente o atrás $10 , el río se llena súper horrible, más aparte las almohadas estabas sucias y las sábanas también , no se diga el colchón todo manchado si me dio asco, no nadams fui yo si no que fuimos 7 familias. Pero eso es lo que me pasó espere más por ser un Resort , algo más limpio , me decepcionó Avi resort no lo recomiendo.

River front convenient

Rooms are a bit old...dingy..no ice in any of the machines the entire weekend . Pool should allow small coolers with canned drinks ,water,beverages at the rates they charge. Especially when traveling with minors. Carpet in rooms is very dirty.Needs deep cleaning. The food court needs an update. Poor food quality . Very slow service and managers at food court are kinda rude. Not customer service oriented

I was not happy with the room, Smelt like sewage and every time we flushed the toilet it still looked like urine was in the toilet. The trash cans in the Hallways were always to full to throw anything in them and when we called down to ask for towels they brought them up and they were just thrown in our bathroom and 2 fell on the floor...

The pool is amazing but the security was not so. They would let alot of people in with carts and strollers and turn others down which I thought was very unfair.... We have been going for years and used to recommend but I don't think we will be returning... Also the cabanas at the pool absolutely reak of urine they need to be cleaned..... They are was to expensive to sit in filth.

Better variety. Food court takes too long waited for our food order at panda express for 4p mi minutes and it was incorrect. Manager was rude. Needs better customer service.
