After a previous exceptional weekend at the FS Nile plaza in Cairo my family and I stayed at Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh in April and had a fantastic overall experience We loved our newer renovated room. Ours felt modern, spacious, and very well designed, with a noticeable difference compared to older photos you may see online. The reef is absolutely stunning and one of the best features of the resort. Snorkeling directly from the jetty near our room was incredibly easy and less busy than the other jetty area. Service ( often using your name) was exceptional throughout our stay. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful, always going the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. From beach/pool to housekeeping to restaurant staff, the level of care was consistently high. Any minor issues( and they were minor) were dealt with without any fuss. Guest feedback seemed to be welcomed which was refreshing. Direct access to Soho square shopping complex ( although a bit tacky) gave us alternative eating options and a good pub for watching football if thats your thing. However we prefered to stay in the resort itself as it was is beautiful, very well maintained and spacious. Four seasons delivered on their promise once again. Well done everyone. We will be back.
