К сожалению, взаимодействие с одной из сотрудниц на ресепшене оставило менее приятное впечатление. Я у нее делала check out. Буду признательна, если на это обратят внимание. Очень недоброжелательная, неискренняя… очень неприятная… Подобное поведение персонала оставляет заметно негативный след и может перечеркнуть положительные моменты отдыха.

But the pool moment was not even the most impressive display of their dedication. One morning at breakfast, I noticed there was no watermelon on the buffet — it was simply not in season. I mentioned it almost in passing, not even as a real request. And yet, somehow, they arranged it for me. Fresh watermelon appeared at my table as if it were the most natural thing in the world.
