Desde recepción, pasando por quienes organizan las excursiones, el equipo de piscina, playa, restaurante y spa, todos nos han hecho sentir cuidados y bienvenidos en todo momento. El servicio ofrecido es de altísima calidad; nos hemos sentido como auténticos reyes. El arrecife es precioso y nos llevamos recuerdos imborrables de este viaje. Todavía estamos de vuelta y ya estamos echando de menos este lugar. Si volvemos a Sharm el Sheij, no habrá otro lugar elegido que no sea este. Gracias por una experiencia inolvidable.

All the Staff were excellent, very polite and courteous. Nothing was too much for them. The beach was very nice with a welcome breeze. The gardens throughout the resort are beautiful and very well maintained. The food is very nice and choice at the breakfast buffet is sunstantial.

Price on some drinks are very high. The beds were a bit hard for our taste.

Personnel très professionnel et piscine et plage magnifique , les restaurants , l’animation le soir et surtout le réceptionniste Karim Azab très compétent

Tout était à la hauteur de Four Seasons

Great location and facilities. Staff extremely accommodating. No people asking for tips was a breath of fresh air in a country where you're getting never ending harrassement.

To be honest it was all good.
