i liked more the staff especially the luna beach guy Mr.Saif and the staff of kids club they were angels especially Shosho ,Sherry,Shaimaa ,Dalia and Madonna and thanks to all the staff of Golfcar drivers especially AbdulRahman

Excellent responsive host and great accomodations in a spectacular resort, at a competitive rate. Perfect for families.

The resort itself is beautiful and the location is amazing. The pools, beach, and views were honestly stunning and the property has a luxury feel to it. We also met some great people during our stay and tried to enjoy the experience as much as possible. Egypt is a beautiful country and I came excited because of my Egyptian background and because my friend always spoke highly about it.

What I didn't like about the property Unfortunately, the hospitality from some of the staff completely changed the experience for us. My Arabic is not perfect, but I can speak enough to communicate, and every time staff heard us speaking Arabic, we felt uncomfortable looks and different treatment. One staff member named Hani approached us very aggressively about being "too loud" while other groups nearby were being even louder and nothing was said to them. It honestly felt unfair and selective. The beach staff was also very unprofessional and constantly made us feel like tips were expected from us for basic service, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable instead of welcoming. As tourists who came excited to experience Egypt, this left a really bad impression and made us feel unwelcome.

The service in this resort is outstanding. From the front gate to the beach and everything in between, the staff has been unbelievably friendly and caring. Dinner at Frontoio's was splendid, both service and food-wise. I'd like to take the time to thank the staff over there. Yousef, the incredible waiter who was helpful in every way that matters, Toba, the one-of-a-kind chef who was very sweet and made us the best dessert we have ever had, and Gerges, who was very thoughtful and provided us with the recipe for the dessert we loved. All of them together really made this a unique and unforgettable experience. And of course, thank you to all the staff at the very seasons, not a moment went by where I wasn't satisfied. Thank you all.
