The location, smiley staff, clean throughout, ice machine, spacious, good breakfast. Comfortable bed and selection of pillows. Mobility friendly. Easy parking. Ability to turn heating off, able to open windows.

Rusty fittings in the bathroom, needs replacing, a bit off putting, the shower drain,hand rail, shower seat, just 2 teabags in the room, no use to anyone really.

The breakfasts were great, well stocked with lots of choice. The room was clean and staff were very helpful and friendly.

The family room could have done with two single beds instead off a sofa bed for the children to sleep on.

Great location, clean and tidy rooms. Everything you’d need. Great breakfast and late checkout (12pm). Very friendly staff.

Room was quite small but appreciate we had the sofa bed pulled out taking up lots of space. Also sofa bed was not the comfiest. Would’ve been nice to have a bar area for evenings.
