Easy to find in a good location with good free parking. Fantastic breakfast and the breakfast staff were very nice and helpful.

Bed was like lying on a trampoline, bathroom was very tired but clean.

The attention to detail in the room. The clever design to safe space as bathroom door doubled as WC door or main bathroom door. The option to get free essentials from the reception if you had forgotten them, such as razor, cotton wool cleansing pads etc. The efficiency of the lighting always being where you need it, such as at mirrors (too many hotels are dimly lit). The buffet breakfast was hot with plenty of options. Every staff member whether at reception, dining or house keeping were friendly, happy and very helpful!
