Hotel Hornung

Very friendly personal at the reception,even one helped me in carrying the luggage i had. -Nice entrance of the hotel. ------------------------------------------------------------------- - Unfortunate was that the towels were not changed for 2 days ,although i placed them in the sink to show that they need to be changed, and so also the bath soap was out,which was not refilled. I notified the people from the reception,who supplied me instantly with new towels. Ido not know,if they do not change towels on weekends??.

A pleasant , clean and comfortable central hotel. Would recomend to friends for sure.

only 4 free parking places but there is a cheap (e4) parking just 100m from the hotel

The location of the hotel is very good but the Rooms and all other facilities are disappointing wifi jams when there are more users and also the bathrooms are very small compared to other hotel in Dramstadt overall a ok experience

The hotel was clean and simple.staff were very helpful,brekki was great.will/would stay there again ,no problems at all.thanks for the stay

Walking distance to train, breakfast was fine, staff friendly and helpful, check-in easy. Wireless worked but not lighting fast. Rooms a bit thread bare and typically small.

Hotel Hornung is a conveniently located hotel, with good breakfast, clean quiet room and friendly service. The wifi also works fine.

The hotel is in a nice area, and very convenient for the railway station. Good facilities, good breakfast, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Only criticism - the bedroom floor wasn't cleaned properly (very dusty), and the shower suffered greatly from the old "mouldy hotel shower" syndrome. But even so, I would definitely stay there again.

Obviously not much invested in the hotel in the last years, but if you need a hotel for one night in Darmstadt, this is a good spot as it is not expensive, it is clean, the breakfast buffet was OK, so not much to complain. I am spoiled in that I have seen a lot more luxurious hotels as well to which I can compare, hence the relatively low score for a hotel that I still would recommend.
