Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Empfang. Freundliche Mitarbeiter und sehr saubere Zimmer. Das Frühstück übertraf unsere Erwartungen deutlich. Ein tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Alles bestens.

"Prix acceptable juste pour une nuit"

Très basique dans une zone de bureau mais route passante pas loin et pas de climatisation. Salle petit déjeuner froide et tout en plastique. Accueil simple et pas de Garage fermé.

gutes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal, Frühstück ist gut und auch ausreichend, bequemes und gutes Bett, das Zimmer hat eine Angenehme Größe und auch das Badezimmer ist recht groß und geräumig, toll ist auch das Kaffee und Teeangebot rund um die Uhr und bis in die Altstadt von Neuss, mit guten Restaurants ist es auch nicht weit, Danke für den guten Aufenthalt

Gefallen hat der kostenlose kaffee,tee und die riesen auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet.Nicht gefallen hat uns das mit dem Paradiesstrand aus Düsseldorf geworben wurde heißt:es stande Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe in der Beschreibung:Paradiesstrand-1,1km entfernt und das Personal wusste nichts davon und der Paradiesstrand war in wirklichkeit 5,3km entfernt dann söllte man auch nicht damit werben das dieser 1,1km entfernt ist.

"Worst service ever"

Got downgraded without even notifying me about it. Ridiculous room with a single small bed, while I booked a standard double. When complaining about it the receptionist started swearing in front of me. No excuses were made, no standard double room was offered and also no compensation was offered.

"Perfekter Zwischenstopp"

Ich benötigte eine Unterkunft für eine Nacht als Zwischenstop meiner Reise. Von daher war es eher wichtig, dass das Hotel eine gute Verkehrsanbindung, eine ruhige Lage und ein gutes Frühstück anbot. Das war voll und ganz der Fall. Hinzu kam noch ein sehr freundlicher Empfang und guter Service. Komme gerne wieder.
