ibis Styles Düsseldorf - Neuss

Ansich alles ok. Betten etwas durchgelegen und der aufzug gibt knarzende geräusche von sich. Frühstück könnte mehr auswahl bieten.

The location of this hotel is probably one of its best features. Neuss is near Cologne and Düssledorf. The city itself is nice, with a beautiful park. The hotel is not far from the city centre, though you need to take this kind of creepy walk, that I wouldn’t do at night alone. The room has weird colours. It reminds me of something that could have been trendy in the 90s. There is no air-con, which is weird, because although Germany is generally cooler, it can get hot in the summer. No fridge either. No safe. The mattress is thinner than the ones in other ibis hotels, even the red middle-range ones. The bathroom has a tiny sink, which can be a problem. Breakfast was okay. I loved the smoothies, and the fruit salad. I wished they had some black German bread. There was a more whole-grain bun, but they were constantly running out. No alternative milks. The receptionists were lovely. They really helped a lot. There is an “office” thing, but I couldn’t print my boarding cards. The computer seemed ancient. They printed them at reception. Sehr gerne wieder. Die Sauberkeit, der Service, alles hat perfekt gepasst. Sehr schönes Hotel.

Over het algemeen goed hotel! Enige verbeterpuntjes om een plastic zakje of een vuilniszakje in de prullenbak te doen, dit zodat het toch wat schoner voelt. Douche die lekte iets dat was wel een beetje jammer. Verder was het erg schoon en werden de kamers goed schoongemaakt.

Das Frühstück war super. Handtücher werden täglich frisch gemacht. Ist sicherlich schön aber bei einem Aufenthalt von 2 Nächten und 4 Personen nicht nötig und schon gar nicht umweltfreundlich. Personal hat auf Kritik nicht zeitgemäß reagiert.

Einfach und sauber, alles vorhanden was man braucht, etwas abgelegen wenn man auf Öffis angewiesen ist , aber trotzdem gut erreichbar

Preis/ Leistung ist ungenügend. 250€ für eine Nacht mitten in Industrie/ Gewerbegebiet ist zu viel!

I stayed at this hotel as the rate was reasonable as all hotels around Dusseldorf and Cologne were expensive due to the trade fair in Cologne. The journey time from the hotel to the Koelnmesse is around 50 minutes. So not bad in terms of time. The hotel is simple but very effective. The rooms are comfortable with nice shower cubicle. The bed is a double size bed which is comfortable. There are enough power points by the small desk and also by the bed. Nice lighting also by the bed. Heating could be a concern in the deep winter as I don't think it will be effective when it is very cold. Breakfast is decent with plenty of nice selection to carry you through the day. Staff are all very nice and helpful. Parking is enough and free which is at the lower ground and one can enter from there to the lift. Wifi is good speed. TV I didn't use so no comment. Overall nice hotel.
