Per via di alcuni lavori di ristrutturazione della reception, abbiamo ricevuto un upgrade alle nostre stanze . Ci sono state fornite le due migliori stanze dell'hotel . molto apprezzato.

Il piano terra era in ristrutturazione e non ne siamo stati messi al corrente se non al nostro arrivo .

Le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique. Les chambres sont spacieuses et agréables. Le petit déjeuner est très varié et copieux à souhait.

Il y avait des travaux et mon épouse a été gênée par le bruit. De même, la nuit, circulent de grosses cylindrées bruyantes.

The staff were generally very good. The location was good for walking the city....Medina to river. It was sunny and warm.

No air conditioning cooling.....with 24c temperature unacceptably hot and stuffy. Told first night it would be activated. Next afternoon it was admitted that there was only heating and no cooling...the Aircon cooling was switched off ...not related to building works. Told that if hot open the balcony door! The 5am motorcycle racing on the main street did not add to the situation. Very noisy renovation works...poster said from 10.30 to 6......started just after 9. Service in the bar was poor....e.g. menu showed 2 options for each of a glass of rosé and of white wine. None available. Uncomfortable bed. No notification on internet of building works.
