"UGLY LOCATION and BAD MANAGEMENT"

The hotel guys are useless, I booked for 2 nights but stayed for 1 night and had to come back sooner. I was told half of my points will be refunded but the refund was never given. Every time I called I was told the other guy is looking into it, there is a manager and another is a partner or owner or GM don't know just awe full experience The location is ugly no restaurants close by AVOID THIS PROPERTY

The breakfast buffet was among the best I’ve ever experienced, featuring excellent eggs and incredibly fresh fruit. William was especially helpful—he promptly brought us extra blankets when we needed them and answered all of our questions with care.

The only area for improvement would be the lighting in our room, which felt quite dim due to the limited number of light fixtures.

"Very tentative to their guests."

Cleanliness was excellent, staff above the rest. My dislike was the bathroom. Shower rod was installed incorrectly. It should be bowed out to keep the curtain away from your body. Installed it was installed down creating a belly so the curtain gathers in the center. When you Shower water has no choice but to escape landing on the floor. Your staff more than made up for that small disappointment. Also the toilet was loose so when I leaned over to get toilet paper the toilet tipped over and I almost fell off because I wasn't expecting it to move. The seat was very secure it was the base of the toilet that was not secure. Please acknowledge the staff there on Sept 7th. They went above and beyond.
