Four Points by Sheraton Milwaukee North Shore

The property is old and not in the best of shape. Tries to be a higher level hotel but is really an older building in need of many repairs- broken elevator, burnt out men's room nearbar/restaurant., chipped painted, worn carpeting....

stafft was very friendly and helpful- check in was easy and quick- the bar was fun with free beer flight- breakfast was fine- room was nice, clean. The pool and hot tub busy, did not use- Would stay agan, in good location for Cedarburg visit

The staff from the front desk to the restaurant was so friendly and accommodating! I felt super supported throughout my stay.

The room was spacious and was very clean. The bar was nice. Staff was extremely friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

9/13/25: It started at the front desk. No one was there to answer the phone and no one was there when I was trying to check in. When the lady finally arrived, she had no smile, no apology, no facial expression whatsoever. I requested for 6th floor, she said there was no room, so she put me on the 5th floor. When my brother in law and wife arrived 5 minutes later she put them on the 6th floor. 9/14/25: I called the front desk if breakfast was free. She answered with, "I don't know!" She didn't ask about my reservations, she didn't even tell me how much breakfast was, nothing, just I don't know! Upon checking out, I found opened doritos chips inside the drawer, housekeeping should be checking all the drawers and closets to make sure there's nothing there from previous customers. It's unfortunate because the room we stayed was nice but the customer service wasn't. Hope it will be a better experience for others.

Convenient location

Noisy AC unit and loud pool just outside my window.

When I arrived, I was promptly greeted by William. After thanking me for being a Titanium member, he informed me that he had upgraded my room, which was a nice surprise, being that I needed a late checkout to complete some work before flying out.

Great visit great hotel

Beds very comfortable and clean hotel.

The little breakfast buffet that I got free at most hotels was charging 16 to eat which I thought was to high.
