Service was very slow. I asked them to make a dosa. Waited for 25 min later they informed me that dosa would be difficult. They should have clarified in the beginning only instead of wasting my time.

The room structure was not good.

The guy receptionist does not know customer service. The key given to me was not working. I had to request for another room as there was no working key. The bathroom was stinking , towels were stinking. Washbasin had water leaking. No sufficient toilet tissues. Phone was not working. Very pushy to check me out
