"Horrible experience and waste of money"

Absolutely Rubbish and very Rude Staff. None of the Facilities work. No A/c, no Tissues in toilets, broken taps, Bed bugs unable to sleep. Sleeping in a 3rd class compartment in train.

"Google map location misleads to the rear side of the hotel. I took several rounds to locate the same as I am not convers"

Hotel rooms are cozy

Check in was not offered when I arrived at11:45 am however when I came at 6 pm room was ready. Room had used soaps and match box of previous occupants. Shower was not satisfactory. Too small shower area.
