The location

Too small rooms

The hotel is located in a very central location, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially considering that we arrived late in the evening.

The breakfast could be more generous.

Hot shower is not hot.

Location was okay for our purposes, the noise from the night club across the road was unfortunate. The TV in the ROOM DID NOT WORK.

After reserving a room for over a month I expected better facilities in the room. I don't feel I had value for money

The room was clean and well presented, with a massive and comfortable bed.. friendly staff

The fridge in the room doesn't work. There is not much in terms of guest satisfaction.

No security to guaranty my safety. I tried to see if I could manage but after 1 hour I told them I won't be staying becauae of the obvious reasons mentioned to them. I asked that the fee should be prorated or give me part of the money, they declined. I had to go get another hotel that is more comfortable with good security. As far as concerned they are dubious.
