"Not ideal for a Business Traveller. less value for money spent"

Food quality is good. Taste and portion size also good. Room cleanliness and housekeeping staff's promptness was good. clean bathroom, sufficient space in room to keep luggage and clothes enough space to work, well lit room safety locker, minibar, electric kettle in the room electric iron available on demand lots of tv channels Location - proximity to the beach and nearby restaurants

Room service was poor. Breakfast had less options. cramped reception waiting area View in front of hotel and from outside the room window was not good - ongoing construction, motor garage. forgetful reception team - calling a day before to check if I was arriving a day before my booking. Then calling me 20 minutes after checking into the hotel to know when I will come to the hotel. activating room key for 1 day despite booking for another 3 days. Manual frisking at the entrance every time you return after a walk/errand. discouraged booking with 3rd parties like booking.com and encouraged direct bookings to avail the facility to add charges to the room tab. ended up paying after every room service order instead of adding charges to the room - reason third-party booking. Free upgrade option was mentioned in the booking.com booking. As per reception staff, the hotel was fully booked and nothing was available. Minutes later they upgraded another person's room. It seems booking.com is not preferable at this hotel.

"Comfortable stay, but noisy"

Very good service. Breakfast varied and good. Clran and rooms were large. Pool was nice but no sun loungers. Noisy at night with parties, bar snd weddings.
