Great location, just a short walk to the beach, though it was unfortunately closed after 8 PM. The area has plenty of good restaurants and bars, making it a convenient spot for dining and nightlife. Breakfast was satisfying and met expectations! Hotel is also located in a very safe neighborhood. We had no issues walking around the area at 2 in the night.

My check-in experience was frustrating due to overcrowding. Only one staff member was handling multiple check-ins simultaneously, leading to long wait times. Additionally, the staff seemed disorganized—when I provided my name, they immediately claimed there was no booking under it without properly checking their system. Later, it turned out my reservation was listed on a second page they had overlooked. The hotel also has a nightclub, R Adda, on the 6th floor, and unfortunately, my room was on the same side. The loud bass and music went on until 3:30 AM every night, making it difficult to sleep and significantly impacting my stay.

Its totally convenient and near to beach with good customer service

At the time of booking shown bathroom with tub but no bathtub at room No one picked the phone at 9 pm for water in room. Room service people say ask at 66 but no one picked the phone on 66 and reception also

Just the location! That’s it rest all is really bad

Cockroach in the room Absolutely loud music on 6th floor night club going till 4am. Could not sleep entire night. Thought of moving to nearby Novotel at 3am Filthy unclean room and bathroom Window was not sealed off, could hear noises from outside as well Room was not ready when we came in for checkin Untrained front desk staff Wrong choice, won’t stay here ever

Bathroom was choked. Room service took forever to be served. Staff was not so friendly. Loud music playing in the restaurant went till 2pm and disturbed my whole night. Pathetic experience. Won’t ever use this hotel again.
