Breakfast was excellent & bar area very nice.Room a bit small but only to be expected.

Stanza leggermente piccola. Purtroppo è suonato l’allarme antincendio alle 4 di notte e siamo stati costretti a lasciare le camere e aspettare nel cortile dell’hotel (con due bambini), e alla fine non c’era nessuna emergenza.

The staff were excellent. Sam was on duty the whole day until 2300hrs. He couldn't do enough, polite, conscientious and informative. The food in the evening was fresh and well presented. Breakfast excellent choices.

Unfortunately a fire alarm at 0420hrs. Some residents attitude especially towards the staff who were doing their best whilst herding cats in the rain

Chambres agréables, lit confortable, excellent petit dej, personnel souriant, jolie vue sur le canal

c'est purement personnel : je n'aime pas la moquette partout, c'est gênant pour les personnes allergiques (ça m'a posé de gros problèmes même dans des hôtels de luxe 5 étoiles)

It was clean and staff so helpful

Would have appreciated a couple of drawers in the room
