Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Nashville, TN

My boyfriend and I spent pretty much a week here during the major ice storm power outage impacting much of the city, since we had no power at home for days. I haven’t stayed at a Country Inn in years, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it was close to home and had reasonable rates in a pinch. I had to take a minute to leave them a good review mainly because the staff were so kind and considerate during what was a tough week for a lot of people. Especially Tamara, who had to have been working around the clock at some points. It seems like the hotel is older and some things look more updated than others, but the rooms were pretty up-to-date and very clean. Even the room’s carpet felt very clean, which I can’t say about all hotels. They included a decent breakfast with plenty of options. Overall, it isn’t nor is it trying to be anything fancy but it’s a good price close to attractions with good people running the place.

Amazing!!! We had an amazing stay at the Country Inn & Suites. Our accommodations were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good with courteous wait staff. Above all, the customer service at the front desk, Tammara was exceptional. She went above and beyond to answer all our questions and offer her guidance for some amazing sight seeings!!! She was a wealth of knowledge, kind and professional!! Great stay!!

Staff was very nice. We stay here every year for a hardware convention @ the Gaylord

Everything was good at this hotel, except for one thing. The Sofa and Chair were the most uncomfortable that we ever had to use. The Chair had to be the worst chair I've ever had to use. We couldn't believe that a big hotel chain would make their guest have to use them. They were totally unacceptable.

The hotel needs to be renovated. Carpets were dirty beds were lumpy. Breakfast was limited and very small space

Fewer selections than previous stays.

The prepackaged eggs were easy to prepare and clean for the staff but not as good as the scrambled eggs I used to getting in the past.
