Fort Washington Inn

Do not book! terrible cheap but not even worth it book somewhere closer to the city or something just not this one.

This property was extremely unclean. In addition there were several hazards as to the flooring and the exposure of some area that were open, paint exposed and bedding had yellow stains.

They called me the Friday before I was leaving to tell me they were canceling my reservation.

Bed was very comfortable, and room was clean. Staff was pleasant..

No rug in room. No comfortable chair. No coffee pot. Water tasted terrible. Shower only had cloth curtain and floor was soaked after using shower.

Very helpful staff when I needed to stay one more day.

Easy check in and out

We stayed for 1 night and i was with my mother in law who cant go up stairs. The elevator was broke so we had to walk to the end of the hotel up the stairs to the older part of the hotel to get the elevator and walk quite a ways to our room. We had to carry all of our belongings because the we had to go up steps to elevator. It is outdated and not so clean.

indiscriminate charging.,should be charged ￥125(on the receipt).but the$196.90 charged on my credit card(the cost at the time of booking)

The room was fine and clean. The bed very comfortable . Nice clean linens and plenty of soap etc.

Very disappointing that the elevator was broken and we had to climb 32 steps carrying luggage. I am 80 and my daughter is in her 50s but struggled. Also planned to sleep at least to 8:00, since we had an exhausting 4 hour ride in the rain, but was awakened by a loud yippy dog barking in the next room at 5:45 AM . there could have been a warning about the elevator and there should be a seperate area for people that bring animals. Maybe more space in the bathroom..hardly room to set anything down.
