Fort Washington Inn

first off they where renovating and nobody knew till you got there. but the room was upgraded to a room that was not clean and the next room wasn’t the same it was not as good of upgrade. Breakfast was good. But the renovation really killed the vibes without the jacuzzi bath.

Location is convenient

Property is under renovation. No restaurant, no convenient elevator, no phone in room, in need of updating. Make sure you have a clear understanding of whether or not the services you require, or are expecting are operational. BW reservations nor the property alerted me to the onsite deficiencies that existed prior to my arrival.

Convenience to our destination

For one, I have a prosthetic leg and after check-in, the staff informed me the elevator is not working and I had to carried my luggage up a flight of steps. When returning to check out, had to carry my luggage down the steps and was at the checkout desk for 7 minutes for someone to come to the desk. Not very happy!

My stay at Best Western Fort Washington Inn was deeply disappointing. The elevator was out of service for my entire visit, forcing me to use stairs repeatedly, which was inconvenient and tiresome. Adding to the frustration, the pool was also out of order, eliminating a key amenity we had looked forward to. Inside the room, basic comforts were missing. There was no electric kettle or coffee machine available, making it impossible to prepare hot beverages. To top it off, I couldn't even enjoy a glass of wine as no wine glasses were provided. These cumulative issues severely impacted my experience, falling far short of expected hotel standards.

Breakfast was great. The rooms were oddly empty with. I accessory seating with a lot of room. Just strangely under decorated like it was mid renovation.

There was an adequate variety of options for breakfast.

It was okay. The toilets I feel like are built for children in preschool just not not kosher but it was okay for overnight

breakfast was ok but there was no butter no coffee when we went down. the elevstor was extremely slow and we had to wait often for staff to use it. the hallways smelled pretty bad and our bathroom shower was gross
