Norfolk Royale Hotel

Room wasn't ready. Booked two singles got a double. Mouse trap beside bed.no coffee or tea condiments Limited.pool area was clean but the pool had thick green algae. 2x hand towels no bath towels.staff were very polite and helpful. But we had to wait for the bed to be separated and re dressed and had to ask twice for towels to wash after our long journey. Breakfast was amazing staff were super helpful and polite.

Area was beautiful the gardens were beautiful and relaxing. Close to shops beech and restaurants. Very quiet area slept great in the beds were soo comfy.

Able to gwt dotage milk for my cereal

Nice comfortable room witth good bed (not to hard) hot drinks available in the room including hot chocolate nice breakfast very quick and efficiant service all round a very pleasent stay

Really friendly staff, clean and comfortable, would stay again.

Bar closed at 11pm which was a little early but nothing else negative.

Det fremgik ikke tydeligt at pladserne ved morgenbuffeten var reserverede. Så os er ikke var på et ophold faktisk ikke rigtig kunne finde plads. vinduerne på værelset havde set bedre dage.

The staff was really kind and very professional. Both the reception and the breakfast crew were top notch.

The room requires a small renovation and slightly more care towards cleaning. Curtains had spots, window frame was very dusty as well.

Just got back from this hotel we could not falt it at all ,the staff could not do enough for you , food was lovely and the room was to, beds are very comfortable i would recommend this hotel
