Norfolk Royale Hotel

Stayed here with work. The room, cosy and clean but a really weird shape. You come in the door and look directly at the toilet. The service, i had been working since 0630. It was gone 2000 by the time I arrived and I was hungry. Sorry, food stops at 8pm. Seriously??? Also, there’s bugger all parking, especially if you’re driving a van. So in essence unless you are on foot and over 80 do not book here. This is not the place for working people to stay. Go to a Premier inn.

We stayed twice first room very dull and tired but clean and comfy. Second visit bright airy room with garden view clean and comfy but bathroom no window and no extractor fan.

Excellent location. Carpark under the hotel. Nice spacious clean rooms. Lovely pool area with jacuzzi.

The lift only worked on the first day we were there, so we then had to use the stairs, which when your room is on the top floor, was quite a work out!

Central location with parking below(pay separately) breakfast well prices large room

Pool has a non lone swim policy so if alone could only use jacuzzi which is mad as pool is very small

Great location , needs refurb in certain rooms , ripped wallpaper in my room . Issue with moths in my room , even in my bed
