Lovely and clean hotel. Mixing the dated building with modern in a fabulous way. Swimming pool was lovely warm and not busy . Staff polite and helpful. Beds clean and comfy . Bathroom modern. Didn't eat there . Would defo stay again . My two grandsons loved it .

"Great time at Bournemouth Norfolk Royale."

Liked bedroom and bathroom, lounge areas, dining rooms, breakfast and bar. All very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed evening entertainment.

There was nothing I didn’t like.
