Norfolk Royale Hotel

Close to town centre.. swimming pool was lovely my kids really enjoyed it.

2nd visit to the Norfolk Royale Hotel, Lovely ground floor room, clean excellent facilities, nice spacious garden and very good and comfortable lounges, didn't use the entertainment lounge so cannot vouch for that or the quality of the entertainment. Breakfast and evening meals fair quality, usual same meals at each hotel, just depends on the quality of the chef which in this case was great, wish Alfa would change use of root vegetables and have greens. Staff were excellent, always polite, and attentive, if a bit much but rather have that than be ignored.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Good breakfast. Room was good although we had paid extra for an upgraded room. Not sure what a normal basic room would be like. Has a swimming pool but rather limited in size.

It would appear that the hotel caters for coach parties so make sure you know when they are booked in for breakfast. We went in the pool as a family but if there had been 3 families there it would have been overcrowded.

Very nice and clean hotel parking below very secure. Rooms very comfortable. Close to the shops and beaches. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast...10/10 👍

I found the hotel, clean and bright. The swimming pool and hot tub was fabulous. The entertainment was good and the staff were friendly.

Parking was a big issue. I had paid for parking and couldn’t even get into the underground parking. When I complained to a member of staff, I was told it was a third party responsible for parking. The hotel is a good/long walk to the beach.
