Location, room, staff - loved it.

We had a wonderful stay at Elysium in Noosa. My partner and I originally booked the Wellness Suite - and were quite excited - but were changed to a Junior Pool Suite due to maintenance. While there was a mistake with our booking initially, what really stood out was how professionally and genuinely it was handled. Romanta Pais went above and beyond to correct the issue, turning what could have been a negative experience into a very positive one. Her care and attention made us feel truly valued as guests. Her expertise in hospitality and customer service goes to the heart of cultivating a luxury hotel experience. The hotel itself is fantastic, with amazing amenities and facilities throughout. The rooms after the renovation are spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated, making the stay very comfortable. The pool bar was a particular highlight — a great atmosphere, excellent drinks, and the perfect place to relax. Overall, Elysium delivered a memorable experience. We would love to stay there again and recommend it to others.

Great location near the river and Hastings street. Our room was large with a sun facing balcony overlooking the river. Large bathroom with large shower and balmain products. Staff seemed very friendly. Large pool area with music blasting out. The jacuzzi pool clearly stated over 16 but the young children were constantly playing in it, eating their ice lollies in it. Liked the little touches of the staff bringing water jugs to you whilst sunbathing though. The hotel has been refurbished and rebranded and was about to 80% occupancy they said. We didn’t eat in the hotel so can’t comment on the restaurants

Breakfast was excellent,the new restaurant absolutely beautiful,modern,classy. The Hotel location is just perfect.i

I loved the very elegant lobby,the room was more than I expected. The pool area is very enjoyable specially with the new furniture.

They are renovating and we were not told about this upon booking otherwise I would have booked elsewhere. Drilling all day from 8am. Never had our room serviced even though we asked a number of times and sign was visible from 10am. They simply changed our towels and made the bed after 5pm and didn’t even empty rubbish that was on the table from our breakfast
