The Ramada Medford Airport is clean, comfortable, and extremely convenient, especially for travelers needing quick access to the airport. It is a basic motel, but it provides everything you need for a short stay. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, efficient, and helpful—especially Hawthorne, who went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The complimentary breakfast offered a nice variety of choices and was quite good. The housekeeping staff were friendly and hardworking. While service was a bit inconsistent at times, they appeared to be short-staffed, so I am happy to give them some grace. Overall, this is a good place to stay for a quick trip. Clean accommodations, excellent customer service, and a convenient location make it a solid choice for travelers visiting the Medford are

"Quality Motel"

Clean. When I wrote the managers a couple of things that could be improved (light bulb out; dirty bathroom wall) they replied promptly and assured me these item would be fixed. Bed was comfortable. Location was convenient with good restaurants within walking distance. Polite, engaging staff. I'll stay here again the next time I'm in Medford.
