"Falto calor a las piscinas y frio all salir."

La atencion, la tranquilidad, buen desayuno y buena comida.

Tuve la mala suerte que hicieron dias frios, las piscinas cerradas no estaban bien calientes. Tambirn al salir de las piscinas templadas estaba muy frio el ambiente y tambien los pasillos son abiertos y por lo tanto tambien frios.

"Satisfatório mais não incrível como outras vezes..."

quarto grande, aparentemente limpo e organizado.

Cama dura, quarto muito distante da área das piscinas (diferente de outras vezes que se hospedamos) e apareceram muitas formigas minúsculas na cama após minha filha derrubar pouquíssimos milhas de um chovolate que comeu antes de sairmos para jantar e quando voltamos a cama estava cheio de micro formigas... pela qualidade do hotel isso nao poderia acontecer. Diferente de outras vezes que me hospedei..

Hotel tentou cobrar taxa de serviço sobre a estadia... pratica ilegal. Na reserva estava especificado que todas as taxas e impostos estavam inclusos, contudo mesmo assim tentaram cobrar uma taxa de 10% sobre a reserva.

"Para o que cobra não oferece à altura"

Gostei da presteza dos funcionários. O Mateus telefonista por ex super ágil e solicito nos pedidos que fizemos do quarto. Todos os funcionários nos atenderam super bem! Ponto alto! O tamanho dos quartos e banheiro também muito bom. Camas confortáveis. Piscinas aquecidas muito confortáveis e limpas

Fica muito longe das Cataratas, uns 30 minutos de carro para ir e mais 30 para voltar. A alimentação no hotel muito cara! A TV do quarto não “entra” plataformas de streaming pois não tem conexão com internet, para quem tem crianças ruim. As recreadoras te chamam de “mãe” e não pelo seu nome, me pareceram cansadas e não fazem “busca ativa das crianças” por exemplo passando para chamar após o café da manhã, são bem desaparecidos embora haha programação anunciada nos elevadores. Achei fraco
