The bartenders outside the building were fabulous 🤩🤩

The bartender in the lounge has no hospitality manners was very rude she disregarded a guest in my presence and I had to let her know she was being disrespectful. She serves your drinks like you are twisting her arm.

I like it was clean and the service but i didn’t like the food it cater to local now in the past we had more Canadian/American food specially breakfast. You don’t serve bacon or hashbrown. Over all was food.

Can't give this place a perfect 5 but overall it's very good. The beach is gorgeous. Clean, clear view of the sunset. Calm waves but great to swim in. The room was where I'd like to give 4.5 stars but I'll round up because, because it's very minor. The soap/shampoo dispensers were empty on arrival. The AC is awkwardly placed where if you turn it on it hits the curtain so if you want privacy, you have to fenegle it a bit. We stayed at the double bungalow. The food is great, I'm a vegetarian and I was scared I was going to have no options, but on the contrary, very generous varieties of salad, rice, vegetables, and various types of meats, as well as dessert. We took the all-inclusive which included alcoholic drinks, they are given to you in small plastic cups. Cocktails as well, seem to be pre-made to serve people quickly, I had a piña colada and it was tasty and stuck to beer after. The staff that is in charge of all the animation, games and shows at night was another highlight, truly talented and charismatic bunch, they host games during the day and night activities, so let loose and participate, it's so fun. Staff for food is very polite and helps you out when you request things rather quick. Overall I enjoyed my stay and definitely recommend it.

My wife and I got food poisoning the very first night and my family that stayed across our room the AC did not worked and got the wrong room. Also, there’s a lot of mosquitos at night. Coming here was the worst decision of this trip.

Breakfast was good , the location is great

Mainly everyone of the staff aren’t friendly to have to chase them when you need something. And when you ask for something they seem bothered by it.

only service that pleased me was Reyna at the restaurant, she was very atentive to my wife that os pregnant and my daughters

11/28/24 The property is beautiful, however the place is unkept, food is a repetitive of unhealthy food either to much sugar or carbs. Staff, is not friendly nor helpful. They have a variety Show which is not family friendly. Nothing to do besides being in the pool or beach. I don't recommend it.
