Water in sink too hot, not cool enough, could not regúlate temperatura. Table lamp not working.

Staff looked like they don’t wanna be there Very unprofessional. I’m sure there are a lot of people who would kill to world at this hotel who would gladly smile at customers The food needs improvement

The Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was simple but had everything you need, It had lots of room and storage, and the shower had hot water. There are two swimming pools. One of them it’s small a bit of a walk. The main swimming pool is busy. The snack bar is simple with only a few options for food. There is only one restaurant the service is OK but the food at lunch and dinner is always the same and not very good.

I had fond memories of this resort from when I was younger and came with family in 2012 and was really excited to come back with my family and relive those fond memories, but it seems this place is overcrowded, dirty and the food (buffet) is terrible which led to a few of us getting food poisoning. Would not stay here again, especially considering the price.
