Everything...the elevator was broken. I put In a room with roaches and refused to refund my money. I have to know dispute with my credit card company. The front desk person was dressed so sloppy with stains all over her t shirt. There were customers coming out of the room holding flat screen televisions. The hallways were musty and smelly. Needless to say I didn't stay there.
