Everything. Where do I start! 1. Front desk was too busy on their cell phone to even notice me standing at desk to check-in. 2. TV in lobby was too loud. 3. Elevator was "out of order" so anyone staying on upper floors had to use stairs. 4. No ice machine or vending on second floor, all on first floor. 5. Room door didn't auto close. 6. No refrigerator in room as stated on website. 7. Tv about to fall off wall 8. Cords hanging all over from TV to control box. 9. Bathroom counter stained 10. Cable for TV wasn't hooked up correctly. 11. wall plugs weren't grounded type 12. bed was too high from floor and made some weird noises. 13. no extra toilet paper in bathroom. 14. blow dryer didn't work. 15. no water in dispenser. 16. no coffee machine. 17. Linen was dirty.
