Pillows too small and too firm. Crappy TV and cable system.

Dirty hallway carpets. No elevator

The staff was pretty chill and it was decently clean, at least our room was.

The utilities were pretty outdated, our microwave was so old it didn’t even have a timer, the room was very small it felt very cramped, the tv was very outdated, it didn’t even give us the option to hook up our Xbox, the WiFi was so bad our phones didn’t even want to connect, and there was paint chips coming off of the ceiling and poor patch jobs on the walls. You can get better quality at a different hotel for the same if not less than what you get here.

I didn't like nothing I wasn't able to relax like I was supposed to be able to I worried that me and my children walking around was going to get me kicked out

The floors were dirty the bathroom was dirty there was blood in the doorway of the bathroom that was dirty q-tips in the bathroom they was boogers wiped on the wall in the bathroom they was dirty sheets as we pulled the blankets off to go lay down and to check in at 5:30 in the afternoon and get told you have to stay quiet at 5:30 p.m. I have children

It is in a good location.

It was dirty. The bathroom was a nightmare. The water didn’t drain properly. It hadn’t been cleaned. Obviously. There was mold. The toilet shook. The sheets and towels had stains. The floors literally had some kind of stick goop that you could see in the light.
