We have stayed here before and really liked it. This time however, the floors were sticky, the tub didn't drain well, linens were stained and the smoke detector was falling apart. Breakfast was a joke and the property has roaches. It wasn't in our room per se but rather crawling the wall in the hallway. We won't be returning to this property.

Absolutely nothing

Bed was extremely dirty. Bathroom was molded. Window seal was busted. The room was 80 degrees. The entire hotel smelled horrible.

Customer service was excellent, rooms downstairs were excellent,

Carpet upstairs needs to be cleaned, shampoo other then that I was very pleased with my stay and will returned again.
