Microtel Inn by Wyndham - Albany Airport

Staff was friendly, location was ok

Dirty room with hair in the shower, beds, and scattered around the floor so no one swept and mopped before we checked in. There was a little sitting spot by the window and the cushion was covered in blood and other bodily fluids. Every towel had dirty marks on it. The beds smelt like bleach, yet didnt look it and were extremely uncomfortable. And the walls are so thin that myself, my daughter, and her friend had a good 2 hours of moaning and banging right next to our heads. The keys didnt work when we first showed up. Everything looks old or is partially broken. The fridge is so loud, we just unplugged it. And the tv barely worked. I spent $150 on one night for my daughters birthday and ive stayed in WAY nicer places for $100.

Location, ease of booking, ease of parking

The bathroom was literally falling a part and in disrepair. The electrical outlet was cracked, the hair dryer was literally falling out of the wall. It smelled like cat urine. You could hear doors slamming at all hours of the night.

Clean. Good parking. Friendly receptionist.

1. Breakfast was too much sweet food. No whole grain cereal. All the yogurt flavors were too sweet. No whole wheat bread. Bananas were good 2. Sink didn't drain well. 3. Coffee was weak.
