INA Hotel Royal

The room had a rare smell, the staff is not to friendly, location is near to sub, not that close to the dom, you do see the cathedral from window, and breakfast is really good.

Staff was nice, there was free breakfast, and free parking. They were very nice and let us extend our stay as well as have a late check out. One day we missed breakfast but the food was still out and he told us it was okay to eat and to enjoy! The room is quite small and average but served its purpose !

This hotel is in an ideal location for a city break. The hotel is 200m from the nearest train station which has direct trains to and from the airport / central train station. We stayed to see Aerosmith at the Lanxess arena which was a 45min of walk. The hotel is a leasurly 15min walk from the city centre and 20-30mins walk from the zoo and thermal spa (recommended!). The hotel itself is small with 5 rooms per floor, the accomodation is spacious and customer service excellent. During our stay tempreture was above 30 degrees celcius from a heat wave, daya and night. The rooms were uncomfortable but this wasn't controllable by the hotel. Beds were comfortable but pillows and mattresses stained, the pillows were very soft and added no support, there might aswell of been no pillows! Rooms were quiet even with windows wide open. Breakfast was pretty basic, cereal, juice, eggs and a selection of cheeses and meats. There wasn't much bread left at 0900 (breakfast 0630-1000). Hotel was happy to look after our bags while waiting to check in and while busying ourselves between checkout and our flight home. Overall a good location and hotel for our needs.

This was a great hotel for the money. It isn't right in downtown, but close enough to walk. Lots of restaurants of all kinds nearby. The room was large and comfortable. Great bathroom. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were TERRIBLE. Breakfast was pretty tasty. The people at reception that we dealt with were both really nice and helpful. We would stay there again for sure...but bring our own pillows.

The hotel was very clean. Bathroom was spacious and cleaned everyday. Hotel is close to central area and major landmark on foot. Close to underground and train station. Overall worth the money we paid for. Staff was helpful and friendly and willing to offer any information asked for.

I came with my wife and daughter to explore the city. The hotel was great for meeting our needs in pragmatic fashion. There was room enough for all 3 of us to move around comfortably as readied ourselves for the day. Breakfast was great.

We had a very nice stay. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good, and we enjoyed our room very much.

Centrally located & near main train station. TV remote didn't work & staff said they would fix it but after reminding them hours later, said they sent someone up. We were in the room waiting for them for hours. No one came. Same with the in room coffee maker. But otherwise, the hotel was nice enough to book again in future.

Within a km of the markets, good location, breakfast. Stayed for 3 nights, towels changed daily! Will certainly return.

Close to underground so can get train straight from airport 10 mins. Walk to cathedral
