They refused to let me make another reservation because they said the people next to me and behind me complained abouy my service dog barking. But yet she never barked the whole time. Plus the parking lot was completely empty so not sure if they were really being honest. Very unprofessional and unnecessary for sure. Plus cigarettes burn holes in the bedding was not cute.

"security deposit was charged to my credit card"

The security deposit was charged to my credit card, and after trying to contact the hotel, I received no response. This forced me to open a dispute with my credit card company regarding the amount, which caused me significant inconvenience. No one has reached out to me to resolve the issue.
