Terrible the manager was invasive and rude and we didn’t sleep well due to people above us

I was told the pawn check in that the breakfast would include eggs and sausage, but of course it was just cereal so many pastries. No eggs, no sausage. There are four of us and there were only two towels in the room so I asked for more and they told me that they would have to ask because people steal them. I told them I wasn’t going to steal the towels if they could please give me the appropriate amount that we needed them. my room key didn’t work for the pool so I had to keep going back-and-forth to the front for help. They have an ice machine that you’re not allowed to use. You have to see the attendant in the office if you want a little bit of ice. Just athey have an ice machine that you’re not allowed to use. great hot tub and pool. Also room clean and everything you need at an affordable price

I did not take advantage of the breakfast, so no comment. Staff was great, no issues they were friendly and attentive. The lady who attended my room did a wonderful job, thank you. 104 Appreciate the stay.
