Microtel Inn by Wyndham Greensboro

Most payment methods where excepted here was a plus, room was clean, bed was comfortable enough to get some decent sleep. Great location to a lot of good places to shop and eat, etc.

The front desk staff: Binah was ok. The rest of the staff were very unprofessional, and acted as if you were bothering them if you were to ask for anything or had a question. The front desk staff was my only main issue at this property. Also, the walls are so thin you can hear the conversations of the guest in the next room. Last, the breakfast was ok but the waffle maker was not working properly and there was no fruit available like I was told at check in.

No very clean. They change clean our room and no leave bath towels.

Everything about this hotel was horrible even the front desk ladies were rude. Hospitality horrible, housekeeping never cleaned our room, was told to come to the lobby and get my own towels and plunger and unclog the toilet myself. Reeked of marajuana on the 3rd floor other guest attacked the housekeeper kids running down the hallways 2 in the morning. The worst experience ever:

Staff is very nice and welcoming

It wasn’t clean at all. Looked clean on the outside but not so well kept on the inside and especially the rooms. We had old trash under our beds and a roach made an appearance our last day there.

Location Hot water Bed was firm

The smell in the room was terrible. Smelled like cat it was horrible. The vent in the bathroom was covered in rust the counter around the sink was chipped needs replaced. Rip up the carpet. Can the folks cleaning not smell how horrible it is when they clean ? I would have asked for another room but it was so let and we were exhausted after 4 hours of traveling and working all day.
