"Stay was pleasant and comfortable"

Breakfast is good. Great location. Great price. Nice rooms.

Vacuum underneath the bed. Paint the walls once repair spot is completed. All lights should have a switch to turn them off. Had a light above a TV with no way to turn the light off. This was very annoying because I couldn't get much sleep. Some rooms need the popcorn ceiling repaired in certain areas.

"My stay was subpar"

Breakfast was fine and the location was good.

The bathroom needed work. The walls and tiles had areas that need to be fixed and painted. The tub looked old and dingy. I asked for my room to be cleaned it never was. I had to go to the front desk to get fresh towels.
