"Awful. they cancelled the reservation with 1 hour notice while we were driving 6 hours from NYC"

Nothing. They cancelled the reservation with 1hour notice!!

Reservation was made days prior. I have selected check-in for 2am and did online check-in - we were driving for 6 hours from NYC. They cancelled the reservation at 1am! They gave it to others

"I wish I had been able to sleep for the two interviews had the next day"

The front desk staff was wonderful

The air conditioner was malfunctioning and making a loud whining noise that kept me up all night. Please fix this.

"This was a good value and I would stay again."

The location was easily accessible from Interstate 90. The room was clean and had a modern updated decor. No frills but the bed was very comfortable and the air-conditioning worked well and the bathroom was nice.

It took the hot water a long time to come through the shower but it did get hot. I didn't stay for breakfast but I tried the coffee out of the machine and it was terrible, like vending machine coffee.

"There was a hole in the wall from someone else’s stay and my AC didn’t work. The bed looked gross like it had bed bugs."

Nothing. The AC in my room did not work and it was a 90 degree night out.

Everything. I didn’t like everything. It was awful.

"Not clean, no house keeping at all. Overall poor quality"

Upon walking into the room for the first time we saw all three of the pillow cases were dirty and stained. We got a text message that said we could respond to it if we needed anything but when we made a request it was not answered or fulfilled. No house keeping came AT ALL during a 5 night stay. We had to go to the front desk several times to ask for clean pillow cases, fresh towels, more toilet paper. We had to take out the rooms trash can as well. The hallway often smelled like smoke or marijuana. Poor quality over all.
